This is so sad for us Pilots...a corporate Lear Jet with 9 people on board came down out of 35,000 ft after flying into a thunderstorm with moderate icing reported. She certainly had weather radar and could have flown around the storm...the jet goes into a 60 degree bank and the pilot reports they are in trouble and are going to hit the ground...you can hear the panic in her voice...someone in the back of the plane is saying the Lords prayer....I cant even see any wings or horizontal stab left on the Lear before impact.
