The prices we have here in the states probably won't apply to you because I doubt if the "free shipping" extends to foreign countries.

I was referring to the price at FortNine.ca. I should have quoted the post I was replying to. But you are right, with the 35% exchange rate Visa charges, and shipping, it is rarely worth shopping across the border online. T-31's are $160 here and $130 stateside. I have a US visa and ship to a friends in Idaho, so things work out more positively for me. I buy a lot of tires.
