I'm considering an Edelweiss tour this coming summer. Unfortunately Edelweiss no longer offers the NT1100 in any of their rental fleets. The do offer the non-DCT Africa Twin with the low seat option, a full slate of BMWs and a number of other bikes, including the Yamaha Tracer 900GT+ automatic. My main criteria isn't a DCT or automatic, but it would be nice. Mostly I'm looking for legroom. I'm 6'4" on a good day (195 cm) with a 34" inseam (86 cm). The NT fits me pretty well. They also offer the BMW GSA in both the manual and automatic, and both with the low seat option as standard.

I've contacted Edelweiss and the NT1100 is completely not available. I just sent a note about getting a regular height seat on either the AT or the GSA, but haven't heard back from them. This leads me to the Tracer. I have a 2019 Tracer 900GT, which is primarily my backup and loaner bike. While it's amazing in the canyons, I find it a little cramped and too biased towards the "sport" side for comfirtable long multi day tours and after a few hours the triple gets a little buzzy. Unfortunately there isn't much detailed info on the 2025 Tracer around, and the automatic version with the other upgrades isn't available in the US. Any ideas?
