Did something change? As of Sept 2019, CARB says 0-10 percent ethanol.

I digress. Perhaps you are right in this. My wife’s RAV4 on the gas cap clearly states never to use E20. However, I think as time progresses more and more ethanol will find its way into our fuel. Thus rendering older vehicles incompatible.
