Back in the 90's when I was in High School. It was the Honda CB1 (400cc) that grabbed my attention.

Probably a good thing my family and I did not have the money to get it for me. I was basically a Nake Sports Bike at the time. I would probably have gotten so many tickets or killed myself on it being so young and foolish.

That is a nice looking bike. There were so many nice bikes like that I skipped over once I had my 1983 wing.....

It is understandable that you were "Wing Blinded" as it was a great bike that did just about everything you asked of it and a bit more.

The CB1 was a lot like the GB500 at that time and it was passed over for the Hurricane, the same was also true for the NT650 Hawk GT. The GB500 is sought after nowadays and fetches a premium above $4,000. However, the CB1 did not sell well and is considered to be a rare bike here in the US. The public did not see that the CB1 was a 400cc sports bike that was undressed. They do not come up for sale that often. I have moved on and left it behind as a yesteryear motorcycle lusted after.
