FYI, at about 6 months of almost daily wear the right side pivot screw was a bit loose. Noticed it because of a 'wind whistle' that had not been there before.

I wear ear plugs all the time when I ride. http://www.moldex.com/hearing-protection/foam-earplugs/meteors.php Eve with them the new helmet is much quieter. Will have to do a shield down run to see how it likes the wind. Been cool here last few days and the windshield (stock) has been been up.
