MoDuMan from Miami, Our experiences are pretty similar so thanks for sharing yours. PayPay denied the refund because they showed that UPS had made the delivery - but of course the name of the person that signed for it rings no bell with me - so now I have to fight with UPS! And Phil, don't feel bad.....the comedy value of this thread was worth something...... 
Quite frankly I'm pretty happy with the Scorpion AT950 helmet that I'm now using so as my brother always used to tell me, "Don't sweat the small stuff". The good news is that I've now started to ride my CB500X to work - 70 miles a day on I-4 and I'm loving it. As I remember the NT was always happy at 80 where as the CB is a little happier at 75 - but I'm loving the bike.
